USCIS Filing Fees to Increase Significantly Effective 12/23/2016

USCIS application fees will increase significantly for applications received on or after December 23, 2016. Here are some frequently used applications and the changes in the fee:

I-130 petition for relative fee, currently $420, will be $535

I-129F for fiancee, currently $340, will also be $535

I-129 non-immigrant visa petition for foreign worker, currently $325, will be $460

I-140 immigrant visa petition for foreign worker, currently $580, will be $700

I 485 application for adjustment of status, currently $985, will be $1140

I-601 application for waiver of grounds of exculdability, currently $585, will be $930

I-601A waiver of the unlawful presence bar filed in US, currently $585, will be $630

N-400 application for naturalization, currently $595, will be $640

Note these are USCIS application filing fees; they do not include the government’s biometrics fee or other costs.
